On September 10th in 2021, Shandong University held a grand celebration of the 37th Teachers' Day and excellent teachers' commendation conference, which aimed at honoring teachers who devote themselves to education and teaching. Professor Cui Guitian of the School of Political Science and Public Administration won the title of "Excellent Teachers of Shandong University", Professor Fang Lei won the "Shandong University Award for Outstanding Teaching" in 2021, and Professor Teng Yucheng won the "Shandong University Award for Excellent Teaching " in 2021.

The honor they won is not only a recognition of educational achievements from teachers in our school, but also an incentive to our faculty. The construction of talent team in our school adheres to the fundamental principle of “moral cultivation, the dedication to learning, and pioneering and innovation”, vigorously carrying forward the noble teacher ethics, and practices the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity, to train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics, and labor.
