Profile

Huang Dengxue is an academic, trained in Russian(language) and politics, and a visiting researcher at School of Intertational Relations of Russian Petersburg University(2007-2008.8). He speaks in English and Russian fluently and has more than 40 academic publications including those in major journals of China such as Journal of Contemporary Asia-Pacific Studies,Contemporary International Relations,International Politics Studies,Russian,Central Asian and East European Studies,Foreign Affairs Review,among others.

He is Vice-Director of Center of Russian and Central Asian Studies in Shanddong University,and also a member of the Academic Degree Evaluation Committee of School of Political Science and Public Administration（SPSPA）.

At SPSPA, he has taught two core courses for undergraduate and master programs. These include courses on politics and foreign policy of Russia, the international strategy and diplomacy of Russia. He was a visiting researcher at the Petersburg University of Russia.

Huang Dengxue obtained his PhD Degree in Law from Shandong University in 2007.
