Profile

Dr. Fang is an political science specialist. He has widely published on political theory and methods,China’s government and politics and international politics. He has held more than twenty projects and is currently working on one Major Project of Natioanl Social Science.

Professor Fang is the Head of Institute of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shandong University(Qing Dao). He is also the winner of State Council Expert for Special Allowance and Education Ministry's New Century Excellent Talents

Until now, Professor Fang has finished more than twenty programs and is working on another three national and provincial projects. Here is the selected:
